End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Translantic Trading business management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. License Grant

Translantic Trading grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for internal business operations. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform to:

Manage vehicle trade orders and shipments
Record and track payments and financial transactions
Communicate with business partners through integrated tools
Generate and manage business documents and reports

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Platform
Export or misuse data obtained through the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are the exclusive property of Translantic Trading. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Translantic Trading does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
